    本课程通过了解中国人的营养状况入手，把你带入食品营养的世界；认识基本营养素，让你知道人体需要的各种营养素是什么；认识食物中的营养，让你知道我们每天吃的各种食物有什么营养特点，还学会看营养标签；接着，学习中国人吃饭的“宝典”——膳食指南，知道中国人该如何吃；然后，学习基本的健康知识和技能，具备健康素养；最后，了解营养相关慢性病的预防和饮食指导，让你面对疾病不慌。

    本课程有六个学习项目，每个项目有若干个学习任务。每个学习任务有重点知识精讲、教学微课、视频、动画进行生动地学习，还有习题、讨论（自我测验）立马巩固知识，学了不会废。另外，还设计了《公共营养师》职业技能等级考试必考的人体体格测量、营养标签解读与制作、膳食调查、食谱编制、运动方案设计、特殊人群膳食指导、健康教育服务活动等实训项目，进行技能的训练，突出实用、好用、管用。

  This course starts with an understanding of the nutritional status of the Chinese people, leading you into the world of food and nutrition. You will learn about basic nutrients, so you know what nutrients the body needs. You will also learn about the nutritional characteristics of various foods we eat every day, and learn to read nutrition labels. Next, you will study the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents" and understand how Chinese people should eat. Then, you will learn basic health knowledge and skills to enhance your health literacy. Finally, you will learn about the prevention of nutrition-related chronic diseases and dietary guidance, so you can face diseases with confidence.

 This course consists of six learning projects, each with several learning tasks. Each learning task includes key knowledge explanations, teaching micro-lessons, videos, and animations for vivid learning. There are also exercises and discussions (self-assessment) to immediately consolidate knowledge. In addition, there are practical training projects such as body measurements, nutrition label interpretation and production, dietary surveys, recipe development, exercise program design, special population dietary guidance, and health education service activities, which are essential for the "Public Nutritionist" professional skills exam. These practical projects will help you to master practical and effective skills.

 Through this course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of nutrition knowledge, grasp the basic principles and methods of healthy eating, and have the ability to provide nutritional guidance and health education to others. Through practical training, you will acquire the essential skills of a public nutritionist, preparing you for future employment.
