Course Outline

创业家如何走向成功之路？
才华之外，更要拥有经营管理事业的专业能力！

本课程是面向全校学生开设的通识必修课程，是对高校学生进行创业教育的主渠道，根据教育部《普通本科学校创业教育基本要求(试行)》([高教2012]4号)，以及学校的人才培养目标和学生创业就业的需求情况开设。

通过混合式的在线中国大学慕课(MOOC)与线下教学开展创业教学课程，使学生掌握创业的基础知识和基本理论，熟悉创业的基本流程和基本方法，了解创业的法律法规和相关政策，培养学生创新意识，激发学生的创业意识，提高学生的社会责任感、创新精神和创业能力，促进学生创业就业和全面发展，增加学生服务社会能力。

文字深入浅出，给高校生详解创业者的必经难题。无论是学术界的专业研究，或是实务界的应用，“创业”已然成为学术界与实务界共同重视，并广泛予以应用及研究的学门。

具体任务分解：
1、开课教授创业基础知识：开展混合式基础创业知识与核心创业能力提升的课程教学；
2、体验式锻炼学生创业能力：使用创业导师实践讲座模拟、创业项目路演、创业实践等模式，检视自身与创业条件的准备 。

Course Requirements

本课程采用讲授法、讲解法、讨论法、案例分析法、口头报告与演讲、混合式教学等，教学方法以理论教学即课堂讲授为主，启发引导学生分析问题，采用案例讨论，沟通互动，创业项目路演等手段穿插运用。要求使用多媒体在线教学。

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1. Identify the difference between an idea and an opportunity

2.Assess the potential of an opportunity and to determine its viability practical, social and commercial implications

3.Examineentrepreneurial behavior & characteristics associated with successful entrepreneurship

4.Illustrate how to attract resources including finances to exploit an identified opportunity

5. Identify how to manage intellectual property, legal structures, ethical issues and risks of a new venture

6. Prepare feasibility report for an identified opportunity to assess its feasibility and sustainability

本课程的教学考核方法

一、创业基础课程期末考核方式

本课程期末统一采取路演报告考察（提交商业计划PPT）方式，

成绩结构：平时成绩40%+期末成绩60%，其中：

创业路演主要形式：

五分钟路演报告＋三分钟答辩＋两分钟开放小组间在线“学习通”全班参与互评。

平时成绩包括：出勤率、课堂表现、作业、创业实践等活动。

团队成员：5人/组（依照互联网+大赛团队成员标准）。

材料提交：需提交电子版五分钟路演报告视频录制、电子版ppt和纸质版ppt，若团队考核总分未达60分，还需提交word版商业计划书。
