The entrepreneurial team is the basic source of its talent, creativity, energy, motivation, knowledge, and skills.

Entrepreneurs cannot get successful without talents. No good team no execution. Without execution no success. most of the startups fail due to the problems with the teams. 

So there is a popular proverb in Chinese that “不怕狼一般的对手，就怕猪一样的队友”  ‘A bad teammate can cause you (much) more trouble than your competitor.

The entrepreneurial team transforms creative ideas into commercial realities through their hard work and determination. Entrepreneurs must provide inspiration and direction, and the team must be able to create organizations to sustain growth.

Entrepreneurs’ Connection and Networking

In business more than “WHAT”  it is “WHO” you know that matters. To create a successful business you must have a great resource of appropriate connections in your set of connections that can be explored when needed.

Business networking is extremely valuable to develop your knowledge, gain knowledge from the success of others, get new clients, and tell others about your business.  Many successful entrepreneurs got to where they are now because of the help they got from others along the way.

Networking ensures and establishes a great foundation of connections, and unquestionably opens the room to connect with highly influential people that otherwise would be difficult for you to find or interact with.

Interpersonal skills are important especially when a person is running a business and dealing with customers, suppliers employees, investors, and others on a regular basis. People with improved interpersonal skills tend toward a positive attitude, making them more solution-oriented.

Startup competition Team building

简单来说，从大学生的创业大赛来看，创业类比赛就是一个团队赛型态，单枪匹马是不可能参加比赛。

从参赛要求上来说，一个团队最多5个人，要有一人为队长，以及有指导老师的指导。

团队中首为重要的是队长，除了负责把团队凝聚到一起，把项目策划写好也是责无旁贷。

团队其他人从分工来说，

      ①要有一个主讲人，负责讲解项目(这个位置的同学要有能力把项目讲解的清楚，形象要落落大方，具有一定的临场反应能力)

       ②要有一个技术人员，负责把项目所涉及到技术问题，能够说明清楚

       ③要有一个财务同学，负责写财务报表，把财务问题说清楚

Ø当然，如果队长还能具有主讲人的能力，那就更好了。

Ø团队中不应当有不负任何事情的成员，这非常影响团队团结和积极性。

Ø每个人要有自己明确的独立的负责部分，尽量不要相互重叠，也不能留有无人负责部分。

Ø另外，在做好自身工作外也要了解其他人负责的内容。
