Entrepreneurship exploration and self-understanding

The famous Silicon Valley entrepreneur Ben Horowitz in his book " Hard Things About Hard Things" analyses the problems that confront entrepreneurs every day.  Everyone talks about how great it is to start a business, very few are honest about how difficult to run it.

The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz

Entrepreneurs need to listen to themselves and never give up confidence. Several reasons that you want to start a business such as to be ideal, to make more money, for self-realization. Behind the scene, entrepreneurship is hard and has numerous difficulties and challenges. At the same time, you may have to fight against loneliness, patience, and low self-confidence. Ask yourself carefully before starting a business

1. The intention and purpose of entrepreneurship and it differs from others?

2. Do your business has a rigid demand or can address current trends?

3. Do you have enough willpower to start a business?

4. What's your WHY? list down all the reason you want to start a business

...........

Starting a business is not easy and simple, and thinking about starting a business just because you cannot find a job is terrible. First, you should gather experience and professional ability. Looking for a job in related industries and gain social experience can enhance your entrepreneurial ability. When you have the self-confidence that you have considerable social experience and capital, you can double the result in a small effort.

It is often heard that " Youths are the future and can revolute the world." Yes, it is reasonable to say that, but it is strongly recommended that you prepared enough before you decide to start a business. You need to know how wisely use the freedom provided to youths and find a way that you make them happy. Where do you need to start?

In addition to the most important entrepreneurs should have "curiosity," enough "self-confidence," "professional degree," self-motivation, and should show "Empathy." Never blindly believe inexperience.
