Resource acquisition has been taken as one of the “greatest challenges faced by entrepreneurs”.


Financial, human, social, educational resources are needed to start a business or entrepreneurial ventures and entrepreneurs should acquire those resources.


Recourseacquisition is one of the most important tasks for entrepreneurs because entrepreneurs need resources to pursue opportunities.


Entrepreneurs should be aware of from where they obtain those resources. Acquiringresource from different resource providers is a tricky and difficult task for new entrepreneurs.


Resource integration is described as the selection, activation, and organic integration of resources from different sources, different levels, different structures, and different contents.


It makes the organization more flexible, organized, systematic, and valuable.


It also refers to reconstruct the original resource system, abandon use fewer resources, to form a new core resource system.
