一、课程简介(Course Description) 
    《工程项目管理（双语）》课程是我校工程管理专业本科生必修的一门专业教育课。课程依据工程管理专业的特点，概括性的介绍工程项目管理的基本理论和基本方法，在英语环境和国际视角下，理解和掌握建筑业项目参与方、项目的组织与领导、项目交付方式、项目程序、设计阶段的施工服务、招投标与采购管理、建设与收尾、评估项目成本、项目成本、工期和质量控制、工程现场管理等知识。 通过本课程的教学，使学生对本大纲规定的全部基本内容有系统完整的了解，对工程项目管理的知识模块和方法工具有一个全面的认识，理解并掌握其中的重点与难点，辅之以教学过程中的引导思考和实务方面的训练，使学生建立以系统的角度观察和处理问题的思维模式，具备分析和解决工程项目管理相关问题的能力，为毕业后从事相关工作奠定基础。 
  The course Construction Project Management（Bilingual Course）is a compulsory major course for undergraduates in engineering management major in our university. According to the characteristics of engineering management major, this course introduces summarily the basic theory and methods of construction project management. From the English environment and international perspective, understands and grasps the knowledge of project participants in construction industry, organizing and leading the construction project, project delivery methods, project chronology, and construction services during design, bidding and procurement, construction and closeout, estimating project costs, controlling project cost, time, and quality, job site administration and so on. Through the teaching of this course, the students have a systematic and complete understanding of all the basic contents of the syllabus, have a comprehensive comprehending of the knowledge modules and methods and tools of construction project management, understand and grasp the key and difficult points, supplemented by the training of guiding thinking and practical aspects in the teaching process, so that students can establish the thinking model of observing and dealing with problems from a systematic perspective, have the ability to analyze and solve problems related to project management for laying the foundation for the relevant work after graduation.
 二、课程目标(Course Objectives) 
1. 掌握工程项目管理的基本理论、知识与方法；
2. 具备一定的国际视野，能够从英语环境中获取专业知识，具有从事工程项目决策与全过程管理的基本能力；
3. 通过课程的学习，具备较高的专业素质，能够以科学的态度分析和解决问题。
