Two back of the house divisions are essential to a property’s operation: Human Resources and Financial Division.

The human resources division is responsible for employee interviewing, selection, hiring, payroll, benefits and compliance with labor laws.

The finance division is responsible for budgeting, managing operational expenses and revenues.
