LiuLi: Hello. May I speak to Mr. Hill?

Mr.Hill: Speaking.

LiuLi: Hi, Mr. Hill. This is Liu Li, your tour guide from Shanghai CTS.

Mr.Hill: Oh, Ms. Liu. I’m so glad to hear from you. How have you been?

LiuLi: Fine, thanks. Mr. Hill, would you please do me a favor? In order to improve our services, our sales manager Mr. Zhang asked me to call some foreign tour leaders to get their feedback. So, I’d like to know your impression of our services.

Mr.Hill: Oh, it was a wonderful trip. Most of the tourists were very happy with their visit to China.

LiuLi: Can you give us any suggestions as to how it could be better?

Mr.Hill: The meals were excellent, the guest rooms of the hotels were quite good, and the services of the local guide were wonderful. As far as I’m concerned, everything was perfect.

LiuLi: Thank you. It is really good to hear so many compliments.
