  Firstly, tomorrow morning, please be punctual.Your flight departsat 10:30 and we must allow a full two hours to check in and clear security. Miss Brown has already asked you to gather together in the lobby of the hotelat 8 o’clock. We will set off at 8:10 sharp! Please leave your check-in bagsoutside your bedroom door at 7 o’clock when they will be collected and put onthe bus for you.

  Secondly,please remember airline rules about what can be taken on board in hand luggage.According to Chinese Customs’ Regulations, your carry-on luggage will be putthrough an X-ray machine. Any knives, even nail scissors, and explosives, suchas fireworks, will be confiscated.Please also remember to put any cosmetics or liquids in your check-in bags ifthey are in containers of over 100 mls,otherwise they too will be taken away from you at security.
