LiuLi: Hello, may I speak to Mr. Smith?
Mr.Smith: Speaking.
LiuLi: Mr. Smith, this is Liu Li, your tour guide from Shanghai CTS. We were in the ten-day China highlight tour earlier this month.
Mr.Smith: Oh, hi, Liu Li. Nice to talk to you again.
LiuLi: Mr. Smith, I’m now calling to ask for your opinions on our travel services. Could you spare me a few minutes to answer some questions?
Mr.Smith: Sure, please go ahead.
LiuLi: First, what do you think of the hotel that you stayed in?
Mr.Smith: The hotel was very comfortable to live in, the rooms were tidy, and the services were excellent.
LiuLi: Then, how about the meals?
Mr.Smith: The meals were good. My tourists really enjoyed them.
LiuLi: What do you think of the sightseeing activities?
Mr.Smith: Very enjoyable! I especially love the gardens in Suzhou. They’re very beautiful.
LiuLi: Could you give any suggestions for further improvement of our tour arrangement?
Mr.Smith: The tour would have been better if you could have offered more evening activities. Some of the evenings felt like a bit of a waste of time as there was nothing to do but sit about and chat or go for awalk around the hotel.
LiuLi: OK. I see. Thank you for your suggestion.
