In order to better understand the meaning of value, let's review the cultural models we have learned while reading the notes in  2.2 Journal Reading in the last chapter. They are Hall's Iceberg Model of Culture and Hofstede's Onion Theory, in which values are the very hidden part of the culture and are the most difficult to understand by an outsider.
