Task 2 Order the following statements according to what you hear.

Step (  )

Do your taskright the first time and leave it at that. The more you rush through things, the more there is a possibility of mistakes and errors. Quality is important sotry to do it correctly and move onto the next task.

Step (   )

Leaveprocrastination at the door when you arrive to your work place. Just get rightto the task and do it. Sometimes building up a huge plan on how to complete thetask appropriately slows you down.

Step (   )

Try not towaste time on each task you have assigned for the day. Make sure you set acertain amount of time for each task and stick to it. Do not make more work foryourself than you need.

Step (   )

Make sureeveryone understands their positions within the departments and company. Themore the jobs are foggy and undefined, the more people get distracted trying todo someone else's tasks in the company. Define roles clearly.

Step (   )

Prioritizeall the tasks you have to do. Put the most important at the top of your to-dolist and start from there. Too many times, people get started on 3 tasks atonce and therefore become slower in production.
