1. About exhibition time
We have a trade show in Nanning next month.
The exhibition opens on the 12th and lasts for a week.
We will leave on July 5 to set up the booth.

Who's going to man the booth?
It's the same size as the booth we had last year.
How much time will we have to set up the booth before the event starts?
We have 3,000 copies of the handouts.
We need one thousand more corporate brochures.

Manager: Do you have any questions about the exhibition next month?
Lucy: Who is going?
Manager: Everyone from the marketing team will go for a day or two,but I’d like you to be there for a week.
Lucy: Are the handouts prepared yet?
Manager: Yes,we have 3,000 copies of the handouts in boxes in the storage room.
Lucy : How big is the booth?
Manager: It's the same size as the booth we had at the exhibition we had in Shanghai last year.
Lucy: That’s a good size. How much time will we have to set up the booth before the event starts?
Manager: We're allowed into the exhibition center at the night before it begins,so I think we’ll have about four hours.
Lucy: Will we have any free time to look at the other exhibitions and to go to the presentations?
Manager: Yes,I've scheduled in some free time for everyone to do that. It will be a good opportunity for us all to learn more about our competitors.
