Open-book examination.It requires the student finish individually within 120 minutes.
Time and venue: 09:55-11:55, Nov. 24 (Monday), H6107
The student can bring any printed materials related to the Service Marketing course, such as the textbook, the handout, reading/case materials and your class notes, etc.. The laptop, mobile phone, tablet and any other digital devices are not allowed.
The student will be required to finish a personal essay by following the exam question(s).
Think about the takeaways during your study of the Service Marketing course and the implementations to the real business world.
The takeawsys which impressed you from the course can be a theory, a case, an analytical tool and etc.
Please further interpret it through connecting to the real business world
The score of this examination will occupy 30% of the total course evaluation.
All of the questions are required to be answered in English.
