一、教材分析
本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语基础模块2》中Unit 3听说部分,要求学生能够熟悉实习实训岗位及实习实训地点名称,听懂与实习实训相关用语,并能运用所学句型讨论参加实习实训的情况。
二、学情分析
本课授课对象为中职学校一年级学生,经过上半学期的学习,学生有一定的英语基础知识储备,逐渐掌握了中职英语学习方法,有了一定的阅读基础和良好的学习习惯,学习兴趣已经逐渐被调动起来;同时仍然有部分学生学习兴趣欠佳,开口练习次数较少,学习能力有待提高,因此教师可以利用图文并茂的方式呈现本课的各项活动和练习,以此激活学生已有知识储备来开展教学。
三、教学目标
1. 学生能够听懂谈论实习地点及工作岗位的对话,并获取关键信息。
2. 学生能够掌握实习岗位的相关词汇,完成谈论实习岗位的简单对话:
agreement, assistant, challenge, guest, colleagues, training, definition, description等。
3. 学生能够结合不同实习情境,用英语进行实习情况的讨论和交流:
How is it going with…?
I’ve got a problem. Could you please…?
四、教学重点、难点分析
教学重点: 能够掌握谈论实习实训工作情况的语句。
教学难点:能够根据不同的实习工作情境,谈论和交流有关实训工作的情况。
五、教学过程
Step 1 Listening
1. Listen and tick.
处理教材活动3。教师带领学生读图,预测听力内容,侧重实习地点的判断。教师给学生播放录音,对听力材料进行整体把握和判断,学生结合选项做出选择,听后教师检查并反馈。
2. Listen and decide.
处理教材活动4。学生首先阅读选项,画上重点,确定需要记录的信息,进行初步判断。然后听录音,核对关键词,判断正误并更正错误信息。听后教师检查讲解并进行反馈。
3. Listen and complete.
处理教材活动5,本活动要求学生在前两个活动的基础上,听第三遍录音,在听的过程中归纳并获取对话中的关键信息,补全实习事务清单信息,可分两步:
(1)学生先浏览信息卡中需填入的内容(实训地点及名称、实习相关事宜,例如计划或保险等,可参考Warming Up 1 内容),再听录音,根据所给的信息填写卡片。在听力结束后,教师检查并核对答案,呈现听力文本,并简要解析其中关键信息。
*(2)拓展活动:设想一下,如果你将要参加实训,你需要了解的实习实训前的必备事务有哪些,再听录音,选择正确单词进行填空。

(设计意图:本环节旨在训练学生根据已有的信息预测听力内容,在听的过程中获取和归纳关键信息,完成关于对话重点内容的信息梳理,同时增进学生对实习实训前必备事务的了解,侧重培养学生语言沟通能力和语言交互能力。)
Step 2 Speaking
1. Listen, read and underline.
(1)铺垫活动:教师展示3个有关以下对话的问题,要求学生先浏览问题,再听对话,回答问题。
① What will be Ella’s position after the internship?
(She is an assistant receptionist.)
② What is Ella’s main job?
(She receives guests at the reception and help with
check-ins and check outs, and pick up telephone calls.)
③ How does Ella like her new job?
(She thinks it is very challenging.)
(2)处理教材活动6。
① 教师介绍对话背景,要求学生用下画线标出询问人物信息的语句。教师带领学生听录音、全班跟读。
② 教师邀请一位同学进行小组对话示范,请学生进行分组练习,随后请两位学生进行对话展示。
*(3)拓展活动:教师展示并讲解以下重点词组,在此基础上,学生重点操练句型:

2. Imitate and practice. 处理教材活动7。
*(1)铺垫活动:学生以分组比赛的形式,把实习工作岗位和工作内容进行匹配。

(2)教师带领学生回忆活动6的交际句型,学生两人一组,参照活动 6 的交际框架用所给信息进行替换练习。教师进行点评并给予反馈。

3. Role play.
处理教材活动8,可分两步:
(1)假设你身处活动7的某一实习环境中,根据以下情况与同伴进行对话,解决遇到的问题
① Discussion:
带领学生阅读表格,结合所给情境,围绕以下两个问题,展开讨论:
What problems did you encounter during your internship?
What are the steps to solve the problem?
② 教师邀请学生进行对话示范,学生选择角色,编排对话并练习。
参考答案:
Trainee: I’ve got a problem. Could you please help me?
Colleague: Sure. What happened?
Trainee: The machine stopped working suddenly.
Colleague: First, you should cut off the machine’s power supply.
Trainee: OK.
Colleague: Second, report to the workshop director.
Trainee: OK. And then?
Colleague: Third, contact the maintenance group. And don’t forget to write a brief report after the problem is solved.
Trainee: Got it. Thank you very much.
Colleague: Pleasure.
*(2)拓展活动:教师设置两种场景,学生进行小组活动,选择其一,运用本环节重点句型进行替换练习,全班展示。教师点评反馈每组活动。

(设计意图:本环节通过训练学生在听的过程中提取所需要的信息并进行选择和填空, 跟读范重点句型、替换关键词模仿练习等活动,使学生掌握谈论实习具体情况的基础语言表达。根据学生的语言基础,运用所学结构框架进行替换练习,从而达到巩固学习内容的效果,认识实习的特点和具体内容,梳理实习的关键信息。)
Step 3 Conclusion
引导学生围绕以下三个问题,结合第一单元教材听说部分的配套微课,总结本课所学:

How do you feel…?
It was a little bit…at the beginning.
Do you get along well with…?
Step 4 Homework
1. 学生设想一下自己未来的实习工作及工作场景,并向全班同学介绍。
*2. 小组作业:两人一组
(1)选择一项实习工作,仿照文中所学对话设计场景和对话,提出问题并回答问题,完成对话内容。
(2)在全班开展评比,并为票数最多的前三名颁奖。
