1. In the event of delays, loss or damage to baggage during transportation, China Southern Airlines or a China Southern Airlines agent will fill out a "Baggage Transportation Accident Record" with the traveler. The situation and its cause will be investigated as quickly as possible, and the results of the investigation passed on to the traveler and relevant units.Compensation may be arranged at the point of origin, any stopover locations or the point of destination, if necessary.
2. In the event that the traveler's checked baggage is not able to arrive on the same flight as the traveler due to a problem on the part of China Southern Airlines (and therefore inconveniencing the traveler's travel plans), the traveler should be provided with compensation for necessary items.

据相关负责人介绍,在客观条件不变的情况下,三亚机场通过缩短行李运输时间、优化工作人员操作程序、以及在行李高峰时段增加保障人员等一系列举措,使得进港首件行李可在旅客到达行李转盘10分钟之内出现;末件行李在旅客到达行李转盘后40分钟之内出现,逐步将进港行李服务达标率从84.7%提升至90%,有效减少了旅客提取行李的等待时间。此外,三亚机场在行李到达厅设立行查工作人员进行核验行李票,防止旅客因行李错提而造成不必要的麻烦。
三亚机场将持续以旅客需求为导向,聚焦“人文机场”建设,创新服务举措,提高行李服务质量,进一步提升旅客满意度和获得感,为广大旅客提供安全、便捷、舒适的出行体验。
