Samples and practice

•Purposes of writing: provide information about the features of certain food(focus on the objective description of features); record the feelings and thoughts it evokes in the author(focus on the personal experience); recommend certain food of its uniqueness(focus on the persuasiveness by its special feature.

•The three samples serve respectively these purposes

•There is a domain-specific vocabulary on food, and some comparative figurative speech such as metaphor and simile are usually used on describing it.
