Teaching purpose（教学目的）
Control system always guides the project to the right direction. It is indispensable in any project management. In this chapter the students will be taught the basic control theory，such as components of project control system, how control system works, the PDCA controlling loop. Besides, the knowledge about how to deal with specific control work around project CTQ will be taught. （控制系统总是将项目导向正确的方向。它在任何项目管理中都不可或缺。在本章中，学生将学习基本控制理论，比如控制系统的构成，控制系统如何工作，PDCA控制环。此外，还将给学生讲授如何针对项目的成本、时间、质量开展具体的控制工作。）
