Teaching purpose（教学目的）
Construction phase has a lot of familiarities and norms though the projects are quite different. In this chapter the students are required to learn the activities involved in this process, such as how to subcontract and staff a project, how to do a job site arrangement and prepare for construction, and how to close out and turn over a construction project.（尽管项目与项目之间存在很多的不同，但在施工阶段则有很多的相似性以及一些共同遵循的规范。本章中，学生将会学习施工阶段中所涉及的各种活动，例如如何进行项目的分包以及人员的配置，如何进行施工现场布置准备施工，如何进行项目收尾和移交。）
