（Project Chronology）
Teaching purpose（教学目的）
The life of a facility always goes through many phases. It starts out as an idea, the idea is combined with money, and a project is born. The project is developed as drawings and specifications. It is then built. When it is complete, it is turned over to the owner as a finished facility and is occupied, maintained, and repaired as it ages and eventually dies. Many phases get involved in the process described above, and each phase has its distinct tasks and characteristics.
