Design does not get done by someone individually; it is a result of collaboration among many different people. In this chapter the students will be informed with this idea. Meanwhile，the students should also learn what services the construction professionals can provide during design, how to carry out feasibilty & constructability study, value engineering（VE） and construction mitigation program.（设计工作不是由某个人单独完成的；它是许多人共同合作的结果。在本章中，学生们将了解这一理念。同时，学生还应了解建造专业人员在设计过程中可以提供哪些服务。如何开展可行性以及可建造性研究、价值工程分析以及如何减少建筑施工对环境以及社会的不良影响。）
