Teaching purpose（教学目的）
The construction industry, like most industries, needs leaders. Successful project leader establishes a clear vision for the project, communicates that vision, and continually reinforces it throughout the project’s life. As the future potential project manager, the students should learn some knowledge about project and the organizational management, such as control span, decision making, organizational structure , communication and so on. The students are required to understand the nature of leadership, and what compose good leadership. Moreover team assembling & building knowledge will be introduced. （与大多数行业一样，建筑业也需要领导者。成功的项目领导者为项目建立清晰的愿景，传达愿景，并在项目的整个生命周期中不断强化该愿景。作为未来潜在的项目经理，学生应该学习一些项目以及组织管理的知识，例如管理幅度，决策，组织结构,沟通等。此外，要求学生理解领导力的本质，以及什么构成了好的领导力。此外，还将介绍团队组建知识。）
