Teaching purpose（教学目的）
Many people get involved in the construction industry. This chapter concentrates on the people who fill different roles in this industry, such as owner, designer constructor etc.Meanwhile this chapter will offer the students further information about these different participants, telling them what function each participant plays, how they interact with each other. Moreover, a useful communication tool for all participants-- BIM will be introduced. The conflicts between participants and the the way to resolve these conflicts will also be discussed. （建筑业涉及许多人。本章重点介绍在该行业中担任不同角色的人员，如业主、设计师、建造师等。同时本章还将向学生提供这些不同参与者的更多信息，告诉他们每个参与者扮演什么样的角色，以及他们如何相互作用。此外，还将介绍一种对所有参与者都有用的沟通工具——BIM。参与者冲突以及解决这些冲突的方法也将予以讨论。）
