Job description

- Work as Office Administration:

- Office announcements such as public holiday, phone extension and utility announcement;

- Office facility maintenance and repairing;

Assist merchandiser with purchasing export document;

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Work as Cashier:

-Prepare checks and remittance forms for signatures;

-Reconcile bank a/e statement;

-Record cash and bank accounts and prepare for bash and bank journal report;

-Issue invoices including VAT and regular;

-Any work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

-College degree or above;

-Major in Finance or Accounting or Foreign trade;

-1-2 yearsexperience in MNC;

-Excellent English in both speaking and writing;

Proficiency with MS Office(Word, Excel Outlook);

Certificate of Accounting Professional(会计从业资格证书) is required.

Starting salary: RMB 2,000 monthly, plus bonus.
