For your convenience, baggage can be checked in from your point of origin straight through to your final destination. Please allow a minimum of 75 minutes for connections for mainland travelers and 2 hours for international travelers. Passengers departing with a domestic connection must have baggage checked.

Here are some handy tips you may introduce to your customers to follow.
Checked baggage
Label your bags inside and out with your name, destination address, email address and mobile or cell number.

Make sure you know your free allowance for baggage which goes in the aircraft hold.

Remember that you won't have access to your checked baggage on board the flight.

Any items over your allowance will be charged as excess baggage.

Fragile items should be packed in a container capable of withstanding airport and baggage processes.
