本课程是面向我校所有学生的选修课，课程分为6章节，主题主要包括“中茶茶文化概况”、“中国茶叶的分类”、“中国茶文化的发展历史”、“喝茶有什么好处”、“茶叶品质的决定因素”、“泡茶三要素”、“泡茶的器具”、“六大茶类（绿茶、黄茶、红茶、乌龙茶、白茶、黑茶）的介绍及冲泡方法”、“茶会礼仪”等。本课程旨在提高青年学生对中华茶知识和茶文化的进一步了解，是学生学习中国优秀传统文化—茶文化的平台，同时结合英语教学，寓教于学，寓教于乐，教无定法，旨在提高学生的文化素养，更好地理解中华优秀传统文化。
      This course  is an elective course for all the students in our college. It is divided into six chapters, and the themes mainly include the general situation of Chinese tea culture, the classification of tea in China, the development history of tea culture in China, the benefits of drinking tea, the decisive factors of tea quality, the three elements of tea brewing, the instruments of tea brewing, the study of six categories of tea (green tea, yellow tea, black tea, oolong tea, oolong tea)&respective brewing way, and the tea party manners. This course aims to improve the  students' further understanding of Chinese tea knowledge and tea culture. It is a platform for students to learn China's excellent traditional culture-tea culture while combining English teaching with learning, entertaining and teaching without definite methods. It aims to improve students' cultural literacy, master tea-related vocabulary and sentence patterns, and better understand Chinese excellent traditional culture.
