一、课程概述
作为我校英语专业师范生的专业核心课程,本课程第六学期开设,旨在为培养合格的中小学英语教师打下坚实的基础。
二、课程目标
作为山东省首批“一流本科专业”建设点,我校英语(师范)专业依据学校“工科优势、师范特色”的人才培养定位,旨在培养综合素质良好,英语基础扎实,人文素养深厚,职业道德高尚的专业化、创新型中小学英语教师。作为连接专业教育与教师教育的桥梁、联系理论教学与实践教学的纽带,本课程旨在帮助英语师范生未来成长为“四有好教师”“四个引路人”奠定基础,具体目标是使学生能够:
知识目标:明晰英语教学基本理论与原则,理解我国基础英语教育改革的核心理念;
能力目标:掌握中小学英语教学的基本流程,有效设计、实施、评价、反思教学,灵活运用各种课堂管理策略与学习评价策略,落实英语学科育人;
价值目标:建构积极向上的中小学英语教师职业认同,坚定从教信念,提升从教意愿,并在中小学英语教学设计与实施中自觉弘扬中华优秀文化。
三、课程要求
1.能够基于《国家英语课程标准》制订课程规划与整合教材;
2.能够基于英语学科核心素养进行单元整体教学设计,有效组织课堂教学;
3.以“教—学—评”一致性为抓手,建立形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的科学评价体系;
4.具备专业发展意识与中小学观课、评课等教研活动能力。
四、教学组织
本课程基于慕课资源与优质课例,依托超星构建SPOC课程平台,采用“线上—线下”混合式教学。线上教学(约20学时)教师列出任务清单,学生自主学习相关视频、观摩优质课例、上传微格教学录像;线下教学(约28学时)学生分组讨论、反思,分享学习成果,教师点评、总结。 同时,本课程与教育见习打通,邀请从教毕业生、一线名师、教研员从各自视角分享经历、评课议课。

1.本课程视频渠道如下:1)中国大学MOOC平台,有“中国大学MOOC”标识和授课教师的姓名与工作单位;2)专家学者在不同学术活动的公开讲座、均有活动名称和专家信息;3)各类各级英语优质课展播,标有活动名称、执教教师姓名与工作单位。特向各位专家、学者、一线教师致谢!
