课程介绍
The behaviors and skills necessary to be effective at doing leadership will be explored through both the leader and follower lens. Course activities will move you from the leadership theories to leadership practices. Advanced conflict resolution, communication, motivation, and decision-making strategies in the individual, team, and large group context will be discussed and practiced in-depth throughout the course.
