课程目标 创业管理是工商管理专业企业管理硕士方向的必修课,旨在培养学生自主创业或者为作为创业企业的员工、管理者、投资者和咨询专家所应具备的知识和技能。通过对本门课程的学习使学生了解创业企业在现代经济中的作用,掌握创业的基本流程,熟悉创业融资的主要渠道和投资创业企业的方法,掌握组织管理创业企业的方法以及为创业企业提供科学咨询的方法。 Learning Goals This course is an obligatory subject for graduate students in business management, majoring in enterprise management. It is intended to prepare them for starting a business, working for an entrepreneurial company, or working with entrepreneurial firms as a manager, investor or advisor. Specifically the course will: (1) identify the role of entrepreneurial firms in modern economy. (2) Identify the processes involved in starting a new venture. (3) Familiar with the processes involved in funding and investing in a new or growing entrepreneurial firm. (4) Understand methods for organizing and managing an entrepreneurial firm. (5) Understand methods for advising owners/managers of entrepreneurial firms. 课程内容 本课程围绕广泛的创业活动和创业问题展开,划分为“总论、创业理念的开发、从理念到创业的转变、创业管理与控制”四个教学模块,涵盖创业的一般过程、创业机会的识别与选择、商业模式开发、商业计划书的制定、创业融资、创业的市场营销、创业团队建设、创业的知识产权管理、创业企业增长战略九个章节,并辅以企业家创业经历分享和学生模拟创业项目管理,构成了本课程多学科知识融合、理论知识学习与案例研讨互动、实地考察与情景模拟实践相契的教学特色。 Course Content The course is designed as a broad overview of entrepreneurial activities and issues, including 4 teaching modules: introduction, developing successful business ideas, moving from an idea to an entrepreneurial firm, managing and growing an entrepreneurial firm. It covers the following chapters: (1) Introduction to Entrepreneurship; (2) Recognizing Opportunities and Generating Ideas; (3) Developing an Effective Business Model; (4) Writing a Business Plan; (5) Getting Finance or Funding; (6) Entrepreneurial Marketing: An Effectual approach; (7) Building A New-Venture Team; (8) Establishing Intellectual Property for a New Venture;(9) Strategies for Start-up Firm Growth. The class also invites entrepreneurs as guests to share their experience on how entrepreneurial initiative can make a difference to society and a scenario entrepreneurial management project is assigned to students. The course possesses the characteristics of interdisciplinary knowledge, interaction of theory learning and case study, and combination of field study and scenario project practice.
