Chapter 1 Preparation before tourism reception 第一章 旅游接待前的准备

本课程面向安溪茶学院本科层次学生;课程共计32学时,其中理论课32学时,实验课5学时,总计2学分,为公共选修课。福建农林大学安溪茶学院是全国唯一一所公办民助的茶本科院校。2019年,福建农林大学安溪茶学院茶学专业获批国家一流专业。福建农林大学安溪茶学院发展,立足安溪,引领全国,面对世界。为了促进安溪茶学院的国际化发展,提升安溪茶学院的国际影响力,急需具有扎实旅游接待知识、茶文化知识并具有良好外语能力的综合素质人才。本课程由旅游接待英语、茶文化英语、福建省主要茶文化旅游目的地英语和茶文化旅游学术研究前沿四大板块构成。旅游接待英语板块系统梳理和讲解旅游接待中准备、接机、沿途介绍、酒店介绍、餐桌礼仪、行程探讨、景点介绍、送机等关键环节的基础英语;茶文化旅游板块英语重点介绍茶的基本礼仪、六大茶类、绿茶茶艺、盖碗茶茶艺和紫砂茶艺等茶艺基础英语;福建省主要茶文化旅游目的地英语板块重点介绍福建安溪铁观音茶文化之旅和武夷山大红袍茶文化之旅;最后茶文化旅游学术研究前沿动态简单介绍目前国内外的茶文化旅游研究学术前沿。
This course is for undergraduate students of college of Anxi tea science , with a total of 32 class hours, 2 credits,including 27 class hours of theoretical course, 5 class hours of experimental course . It is a public elective course. College of Anxi tea science of Fujian agriculture and Forestry University is the only State supported tea college in China. In 2019, the tea specialty of college of Anxi tea science of Fujian agricultural and Forestry University was approved as one of the national first-class specialties. The development of college of Anxi tea science of Fujian agriculture and Forestry University is located in Anxi County, leading the whole country and facing the world in the tea field. In order to promote the international development and enhance the international influence of college of Anxi tea science , it is urgent to have comprehensive quality talents with solid tourism reception knowledge, tea culture knowledge and good foreign language ability. This course is composed of four parts: tourism hospitality English, tea culture English, English of main tea culture tourism destinations in Fujian Province and academic research frontier of tea culture tourism. The section of tourism hospitality English systematically combs and explains the basic English of key links in tourism reception, such as preparation, airport pick-up, hotel introduction, table manners, itinerary discussion, scenic spots introduction and airport delivery; The section of tea culture tourism English focuses on basic tea etiquette, six types of tea, green tea art, covered teacup art and purple sand tea art .The section of tea culture tourism destination English mainly introduces the tea culture tour of Tieguanyin in Anxi and Dahongpao tea culture tour in Wuyishan.
