林媛,电子科技大学研究生院院长,教授,博士生导师,国家级领军人才, 2018国家杰出青年科学基金资助。自2008年回国以来主要从事柔性无机薄膜电子器件的研究,旨在通过解决柔性无机电子薄膜材料制备与调控、柔性可延展传感/刺激器件设计与集成及柔性可延展电子的生物医学应用中存在的关键科学技术问题,实现高性能、智能化的柔性可延展电子器件,推动柔性可延展电子器件在生物医学、人机交互、装备监测等领域的进一步应用。承担和参加了国家973、国家自然科学基金创新群体、联合基金、海外与港澳合作等十余项国家级科研项目,于2017年获得四川省科技进步二等奖。在Science advances、Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Electronic Device Letters等国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文百余篇,出版专著1部。相关创新技术已获授权美国发明专利4项、中国发明专利30余项。

研究领域

目前的研究课题涉及无机柔性电子器件的研究和应用,氧化物铁电和高介电集成薄膜的合成与器件应用,碳基纳米材料的合成方法研究,碳基纳米材料在微电子互连封装及光电子器件中的应用。
