研究领域

1.环境微生物多样性及微生物生态:主要进行环境微生物多样性研究,微生物与自然环境的作用,微生物在自然环境中形成的活的非可培养状态及意义。

2.微生物酶及生物活性物质的研究:微生物及动物来源的酶的分离纯化、基因克隆表达及应用。抗病原微生物活性成分的分离纯化、性质及应用研究。

3.石油污染物及有毒有机物的微生物降解及机理:主要进行石油污染物及有毒有机物降解的微生物的筛选,鉴定,功能基因的克隆、表达及应用研究,污染水环境的微生物处理及生物修复研究。

4.水产养殖环境及食品中致病微生物的检测及食品安全评价:水产养殖动物病原微生物的分类鉴定、病原菌致病的分子机制,利用体内外突变技术研究病原菌的毒力基因功能,新型疫苗包括基因工程疫苗和DNA疫苗。食品致病微生物多样性,食源性微生物的致病机制及快速检测技术
