研究领域

国家一级评茶师,国务院学科评议组成员,浙江大学茶叶发展研究院副院长,浙江大学茶叶研究所所长,浙江大学侨联副主席。中国茶叶学会深加工专业委员会副主任,中国国际茶文化研究会学术委员会副主任,中国茶叶流通协会专家委员会副主任,浙江省茶叶学会副理事长。主要从事茶叶生物化学、天然产物健康功能与机理、茶资源综合利用等方面的的教学与研究。首届中国茶叶学会科技成果一等奖、首届中华茶文化优秀教师、浙江大学永平杰出教学贡献奖、首届中国杰出茶人、首届国际杰出贡献茶人奖获得者。主讲的国家级中国大学精品视频公开课《茶文化与茶健康》听众达2000多万人次。近年在国内外作茶文化、茶科技、茶健康讲座约500场,直接听众20多万。
