主要负责本课程项目三部分任务的理论和实践教学。

研究领域

 1. 针对饲料中鱼粉、豆粕等价格较高的饲料原料进行替代的研究；
 2. 饲料中营养添加剂的研究。
 3. 饲料、鱼/虾蟹等常规营养成分、氨基酸（HPLC）、脂肪酸、挥发性风味物质（GC-MS） 分析。
 4. 基因克隆、 序列分析及蛋白结构预测
