2009年至今，长期从事教学管理和教学一线工作。专注于教育教学方面，钻研教材教法，教学效果优秀。连续带领、指导大学生在职业生涯规划实践、求职就业实践，以及教学中创设情境课堂等方面取得了显著成绩。

        2024年指导学生参加全国大学生职业规划大赛河南省赛获得银奖，获得优秀指导教师称号；2023年、2022年指导学生参加全国大学生“学创杯”比赛河南省赛分别获得特等奖、一等奖，获得优秀指导教师称号。
