刘洋（1978-），博士，副教授。2007年7月毕业于中国海洋大学海洋生命学院海洋生物学专业，获得理学博士学位。2008年1月至今任教于大连海洋大学，承担分子生物学和基因工程课程的教学任务，主要研究方向为水产生物技术、鱼类分子免疫学，硕士生导师。承担科研项目6项（主持），近年来参与发表文章20余篇。
