Dr. Liao Lingzhi received her Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Technology in 2001, then Master and Ph.D. Degrees in Computer Application Technology in 2008 at the same time, all from Beijing Jiaotong University in China. Since then she worked as a lecturer in Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology. And from Sep. 2015 to Sep. 2016, funded by the China Scholarship Council, she conducted research as a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Windsor, Canada in the areas of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition.
