研究领域
主要围绕生物医药、发酵功能制品与营养健康工程学科等交叉方向,工程化理念建立完善生物健康工程理论与技术体系,以生物医药精准医疗、绿色生物制造、大健康产品及品质提升等为切入点,开展合成生物学底盘细胞设计、发酵智能调控、干细胞培养、临床医学转化等产业链关键共性技术研究,主要研究方向如下:
(1) 药用功能性聚合物生物合成机理解析与代谢科学
开展聚苹果酸、岩藻多糖、丁二酸酯等生物合成底盘设计、代谢工程改造等改造及新路线合成创制研究。
(2)生化健康产品合成细胞工程化设计与发酵智能调控
开展酶催化合成麦角硫因、NAD、岩藻寡糖等高值产品酶定向进化、细胞合成生物学改造及发酵开关智能化设计等研究
(3)人体合成微生物组学与临床医学转化应用
开展人体生殖道微生物组学生态、免疫治疗、HPV病毒靶向清除、菌群互作以及菌群编辑等,开发微生态制剂及靶向治疗产品。
