研究领域

现任中山大学中山医学院教授、博士生导师,广东省青年珠江学者、中山大学“百人计划”二期引进人才。张宏波教授相关成果发表于ScienceScienceTranslational MedicineNature Reviews EndocrinologyKidney International 等期刊,并获第一发明人国际专利2项。实验室综合运用生物信息学、生化与分子生物学、细胞生物学等手段研究能量代谢,尤其是线粒体功能对骨骼肌干细胞等成体干细胞功能维持和衰老的调节。现阶段主要研究方向如下:1. 成体干细胞衰老机制研究;2. 能量代谢和线粒体对成体干细胞功能和命运决定的影响;3. 骨骼肌稳态对系统能量代谢的调节。作为课题负责人承担重点研发计划重点专项1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、广东省自然科学基金项目1项和广州市基础与应用基础研究项目1项。
