A native of Zhangye, Gansu Province, she has been teaching human anatomy since 2009. At the same time, Xiao Ming's research group of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Neurodegenerative Diseases carried out scientific research on the exploration of behavior and pathological mechanism of aging and neurodegenerative diseases. From January 1, 2018 to August 8, 2018, he was in the 7T MRI Research laboratory of Biomedical Imaging and signal Analysis, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the University of Hong Kong Processing 7T MRI Research lab) for research visits. In the past ten years, he has participated in publishing 31 SCI and Chinese academic papers, presided over and concluded one provincial University Youth Fund and two Nanjing Medical University university-level projects, and presided over one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund project; Participated in 12 national and provincial natural science fund projects.
