Mr. Le Ma received his Bachelor’s degree in 2005,Master’s degree in 2007 and Doctor’s degree in 2010 in Jilin University Schoolof law which is one of top law schools in China. He’s now the Deputy Directorof International Exchange Center and an Associate Professor in East ChinaUniversity of Political Science and Law, specialized in legal issues on Int’l Trade,Investment, Intellectual Property and Competition. He has published 2 books,over 20 journal articles and hosted several research projects commissioned by state-levelauthorities. He has also published over 30 commentaries in well-known mediaslike Legal Daily, YICAI.COM and Shanghai Law Journal. Notably, he has been interviewed by prestigiousmedias like Phoenix TV on cutting-edge issues like China’s Market EconomyStatus in WTO. Given the professionalism, Prof. Le Ma has been assigned as the ViceDirector of Trade Law Center in ECUPL Institute of China FTZ Law and ViceSecretary-General in Competition Law Association of Shanghai Law Society.Except law major, he minored in Business English as well and got a LLB in JilinUniversity. He had been assigned as the Assistant Judge in IP Court of People’sCourt of Pudong New District, Shanghai China from 2013 to 2014. Prof. Le Ma wasselected as the Visiting Professor of University of San Francisco School of Lawwhere he gave classes on WTO law issues to LL.M. and J.D. students in English.He was also selected as visiting scholar of Macquarie University and QueenslandUniversity of Technology in Australia.
