一直从事食品安全快速检测技术、微流控芯片和生物传感器研究,并将开发食品中多种污染物同时检测的现场分析方法(POCT)作为主攻方向。开发了多种适配体标记的编码探针,用于对食品中多种抗生素、持久性有机污染物、β2抗体激动剂、雌激素的现场分析方法和小巧便携、易于操作的检测仪器。具体包括:
1)用于生物医学标志物和核酸检测的磁性生物传感器和微流控生物芯片研究;
2)复杂体系中有机污染物残留的高效分离和SPME-色谱-质谱分析研究;
3)高选择性的血脂蛋白快速分离和抗凝血材料研究。
