Aid Education in China
Each year（或In recent years/Recently）, college students,encouraged(或motivated/inspired by our government) to aid students inpoverty-stricken areas,volunteer themselves in poor villages （或voluntarilygo to poor villages） for a year and try to improve education in poor areas （或with a viewto improving education in poor areas 或aiming at/ in thehope of improving education in poor areas）.
Aid-education has been beneficial in twoaspects. On the one hand（或For one thing）, college volunteers have opened the eyes of students inunderdeveloped regions to the outside world by bringing them new knowledge andthoughts. As a result, they are extremely well-received by （或popularwith）the children there. On the other hand, college students havereceived a rigorous training and built up their characters by adapting to theharsh living conditions.
From my perspective（或point ofview）, China’s educational development can’t be isolated fromeach individual（或The inputs of individuals are indispensable to the development ofChina’s educational level）. College students, therefore, should take the lead （或play aleading role） in response to our government’s appeal for offeringaid to children in under-developed areas.

ExcessivePackaging of Commodities
No one in China has failed to notice thefact that goods are wrapped excessively in boxes or bags. What are the causes of this problem? To change this situation (动词不定式作状语), Ibelieve that we should take measures as follows (主动). First, lawsshould be implemented to impose restriction on excessive packaging (被动). Second,a public education campaign should be launched (被动) to arousecustomers' consciousness that excessive packaging doesn't necessarily ensuregood quality(同位语从句).
