1.benefit作名词 =advantage（利益，恩惠）

   1.1 to the benefit of ...=be of benefit to ...（有利于...），譬如，经常锻炼is to the benefit of our health=经常锻炼is of benefit to our health（对我们的健康有益）

  1.2 employee benefits和fringe benefits都是“员工福利”的地道表达

  1.3 have the benefit of sth（从sth中受益），比如，在很多父母眼中，只有买了学位房，才能让孩子have the benefit of a good education（接受良好的教育）
