3.there be句型的动名词形式及其语法功能

和there be句型的现在分词形式一样，there be存在句的动名词形式有两种，即there being和there having been，在句子中作主语、动词宾语和介词宾语。(参见动名词)

There not being an index to the book is a disadvantage．

这本书没有索引是一个缺点。

I can remember there being a vote in favour of nuclear power．
