5.once引导的时间状语从句

作为连词的once，其意义为“一旦……就”，相当于as soon as;或“在……之后”，相当于after，其意义在含有时间状语的同时，也有条件的意味。有些语法大师认为从属连词once是由副词once(曾经)演化而来的(又如immediately，directly和instantly)。

But once it had started，that response was magical．

可是一旦开始，那种反应就像魔术一样。

Once he understood，he did what he was told to．

一旦他明白了，就按照吩咐的去做了。

提示：

在表示将来动作时，从句的谓语动词不可以使用将来时，通常用一般现在时或现在完成时表示将来。

But once you consider the situation further，you will realise that this is indeed
