1.被动语态的时态

英语动词的被动语态通常由“助动词be的一定形式+及物动词的过去分词”构成。兹将被动语态的十种时态形式列表如下(以take为例):

(1)一般现在时的被动语态。

When the park is hit by a storm，things start going wrong．(人教大纲版高一上第32页)

园子遭遇暴风雨后，便出了大乱子。

I am often asked to do this work．

我常常被派去做这项工作。

Most native speakers of English are found in the United Kingdom，the United States of America，Canada，Australia，South Africa，Ireland and New Zealand．(人教大纲版高一上第10页)

大多数以英语为母语的人生活在英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、南非、爱尔兰和新西兰。

(2)现在进行时的被动语态。

New technology is being used to make sure that the cars，taxis，buses and trains we use do not pollute the air．(人教大纲版高二上第43页)

新技术的使用确保我们使用的汽车、出租车、公共汽车和火车不污染空气。

I am being examined in the hospital．

我正在医院检查身体。

New theme parks are being built all over the world．(人教大纲版高一下第67页)

世界各国都在新建主题公园。

(3)现在完成时的被动语态。

Almost every medicine you see has been tested on animals．(人教大纲版高一下第27页)

几乎你使用的每一种药都曾在动物身体上试验过。

It is true that many of the world's greatest cities have been built on the banks of a river．(人教大纲版高一上第45页)

事实上，世界上许多的伟大城市都是依河而建。

(4)一般过去时的被动语态。

By whom was the story written?

这篇小说是谁写的?

Were the boys seen to enter the hall?

有人看见那些男孩子走进大厅了吗?

(5)过去进行时的被动语态。

He was buried three miles from Stonehenge at the time when the great stones werebeing brought to Salisbury to build it．(人教大纲版高二下第76页)

他下葬的地方离巨石阵约3英里，下葬的时间也就是这些大石头运到索尔兹伯里来建造巨石阵的那个时期。

(6)过去完成时的被动语态。

By the middle of the 1920s the farthest corners of the earth had already been explored:the continents and the oceans had been mapped，the North and South Poles had been reached，and the origins of the world's major rivers had been discovered．(人教大纲版高三第16页)

20世纪20年代中期，连地球最远的角落都已经有人探索过了:大陆和海洋都已经绘制了地图，南极和北极都已经有人到过了，世界主要河流的源头也都已经被发现。

(7)一般将来时的被动语态。

In 2008，the 29th Olympic Games will be held in Beijing．(人教大纲版高一上第53页)

2008年，第29届奥运会将在北京举办。

(8)将来完成时的被动语态。

The new books will have been entered in the register before another parcel arrives．

这些新书在下一批书到来前将登记完毕。

This class will have been taught by Mr．Brown for two years by next summer．

到明年夏天，布朗先生在这个班执教已有两年了。

(9)过去将来时的被动语态。

He hoped that one day these milu deer would be set free and live in the wild again．(人教大纲版高一上第68页)

他希望有一天这些麋鹿会被放生并重新生活在野外。

(10)过去将来完成时的被动语态。

The headmaster said the article would have been translated by six o'clock．

校长说这篇文章将在6点钟以前翻译完毕。
