9.完成时在It is the first time+that从句中的使用

当被序数词所修饰的名词作表语时，其后的定语从句用完成时态。当该句型主句的动词是is和will be时，that从句的动词一律用现在完成时，that可以省略。

This is the first time she has won the championship，taking second and third places in previous competitions．

这是她第一次获得冠军，在先前的竞赛中她只得过第二名和第三名。

This is the second time that the sisters have been cheated in this way．

If he wins，it will be the first time a black person has been elected to a US state governorship．
