只能与单数可数名词和复数名词搭配的限定词有序数词，last，next等。

(1)序数词的用法。

At 50 I was the first woman to travel alone to the North Pole．(人教大纲版高一下第31页)

50岁时我成了单独游历北极的第一位妇女。

The first days the weather was very good．(人教大纲版高一下第31页)

开头几天天气极好。

(2)last的用法。

I went to the theatre last week．

上个星期我去看戏了。

His last years were spent in China．

他一生中最后几年是在中国度过的。

(3)next的用法。

The next dish is the main course．(人教大纲版高一上第38页)

下面的一道是主菜。

During the next ten years we both worked day and night to pay for it．(人教大纲版高二下第18页)
