一、将下列句子翻译为英文或中文。

1.我们的付款方式是不可撤销的，以我公司为受益人的，按发票金额110％的即期信用证支付。

2.小额金额的交易可以用电汇或票汇的汇兑方式，中等金额的要使用托收方式，付款交单和承兑交单都可以。

3.我们已向你方开出30天期的远期汇票，请到期即付，以免耽误。

4.请即修改你方信用证，把信用证有效期展延至10月10日展证。请速办理并回电。

5.我们按一般惯例对这批货物投保了平安险。如果你方希望保水渍险或综合险，额外保费由你方承担。

6.提交给银行议付的提单必须是清洁、已装船的，空白背书、提示抬头、允许分装，不允许转船的。

7.Payment is to be made against sight draft drawn under a confirmed， irrevocable， divisable and transferable L/C without recourse for the full amount.

12.Within 30 days after the signing and coming into effect of this contract， the Buyer shall proceed to pay the price for the goods to the seller by opening an irrevocable L/C for the full amount of USD30，000 in favor of the Seller through a bank at import port.

二、翻译以下信用证信函。

以下是渣打银行马来西亚分行向中国进出口公司开出的一张不可撤销的信用证。

Dear Sirs， you are authorized to draw on Huacheng Co.for a sum of USD70，000 CIF Malaysian main ports， available by your sight draft， drawn in duplicate on them， accompanied by the following documents：

1.3 non-negotiable copies of clean shipped on board bill of lading

2.Signed commercial invoices in duplicate

3.Insurance policy in 3 copies covering WPA for full invoice value plus 10％ shipments from Shanghai to Malaysia of the following goods： 2，000 dozen T-shirts as per S/C 203 date June 10th， 2005.Partial shipments are permitted and transshipment is prohibited.

This L/C expires on Aug 10th， 2005， and it is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits.

三、为一进口商写一信函。

1.通过上海银行开出BOSH01523号不可撤销的信用证，金额为351 800美元，有效期至20××年6月30日。

2.该证由花旗银行纽约分行保兑，请向该行开出即期汇票。
